Delivery
Goods in stock will be dispatched within 2 working days and in most
cases you should receive orders within 3 to 10 working days (Australia
Only). Overseas orders allow up to 14 working days for delivery. The
majority of orders are dispatched by POST. Shipping cost is added to
the order as you finalise your purchase. Shipping and postage costs are
not refundable.

Please be advised that packages are not insured for loss or damage
unless you request it. There is an additional charge.

Freight cost is calculated on your total purchase amount. For Australian
orders over $69.99 postage is free for delivery in Australia. Please add
$8.00 for orders under $69.99 for delivery in Australia.

International Delivery Costs are:

Free Delivery on orders over $69.99. Delivery for international orders is
just $8.00.

Taxes & Duties
Prices include GST. All other local taxes, duties & charges are the
responsibility of the buyer. They are non-refundable.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We trust that you will be totally satisfied with your Thermomedic
purchase. We are happy to suggest other options in the event of an
exchange. If for any reason, one of our products does not meet your
expectations, simply return the unused item within 14 days of receipt for
a full product refund or credit, however, please observe the following
conditions.

Cancellations
Cancellation or change of order must occur prior to us sending your
order to you.

Where Do I Send My Return Item?
Please send your return item to the following address. Use a trackable
freight method. We recommend you insure your package for your
protection while it is in transit, as we are not able to accept responsibility
should it go astray.

Please refer to your freight or postal company for the status of your
returned package. Refunds can take approximately 3 to 7 business days
to complete once your return item is received by us. Allow one or two
billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. You may call or
email us to check on the progress of your return, however, we
appreciate your patience. Please allow up to two business days for our
reply.

Conditions of Return Freight.
Sorry, freight charges are not refundable on returned merchandise
unless the return is the result of our error. This also includes special
shipping requests, such as express post.

We work hard to ensure that every order is filled correctly and that our
products are free from defects. If we do make a mistake, you may return
your item by mail for a full refund.

Thermomedic's 14 Day Money Back Guarantee is subject to the
following conditions:

customer.support@thermomedic.com  for your Return Authorization
Code & return shipping information to ensure your account is properly
credited. Please ensure that your return is first approved by us &
accompanied by our Return Authorization Code as we regret, that
without this RAC, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

All products must be returned to us in the original, unused condition in
which you received it, including the original packaging material,
documentation, labels & tags.

Items washed, dry cleaned, or soiled are not refundable. Special
clearance items are generally not refundable.

Merchandise returned to us in used, worn or unsaleable condition (as
determined by our manager) cannot be accepted for refund & shall be
returned to you at your cost.

'Sales Specials' items may only be returned for replacement if faulty and
not for refund. We reserve the right to substitute for a similar item if an
identical item is not available.

Please note that all returns must be sent freight prepaid.

For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept return or exchange of our
Hip Support Underpants or other undergarments.

Thermomedic will always do their best to provide you with the fastest
service possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for standard
processing.

Return freight charges are the customer's responsibility. 'Undeliverable'
or 'Refused by Recipient' returns will be subject to restocking fee &
return freight charges. Freight will be the customer's responsibility if we
are required to re-send the package.

Product Specifications
We reserve the right to change product specifications and we cannot
guaranteed to exactly match the product. Please be advised that some
differences or color variations may occur from time to time. This will not
affect the product's performance.

Payment Security
Orders and payments by Paypal to Thermomedic Therapy Garments are
secure. All credit card payments are ENCRYPTED before we receive
payment so no one other than the bank has your card information. You
will need to enter your credit card details each time you shop as we do
not have any record of your credit card details.
